Imagine feeling good about WHAT you are eating and also feeling good about it AFTERWARDS.
Imagine creating health and vibrancy in your body with what you’re eating.

I believe this is possible,
once food becomes something to enjoy untethered from a place of love, peace and appreciation,
instead of addiction,
instead of a necessity,
instead of our source of happiness, peace and comfort.
Once we can be feeling happy, peaceful and comfortable WITHOUT food, we can use food purely for enjoyment again.

You become free, it’s the freedom of choosing to eat yes or no instead of NEEDING to eat.
It’s the freedom of having control over your eating habits and what you are eating instead of it having control over you.
This freedom, this independence is what puts you in your true natural power of yourself.
The power to feel good just because. Not because of food.
How you feel is no longer dependent on food.
Foods can make us feel good on a short term, they can give us the comfort we need at a certain moment.
But if feeling good is dependent on eating then eating will not give you a long term result, unless you keep repeating the action of using the food as your source of happiness, peace and comfort.
Which in my opinion is the reason people keep falling off track with new healthy eating habits.

During this inspiring program, we focus on your mindset, emotional health and connection with your intuition.
This will be about intuitive eating, so I will not go over which foods are good for you or which foods are bad for you, because there are no ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods, there are ‘just foods’.
You will work 1-on-1 with me personally for 2,5 month. The program is tailored to you personally in order to work on what is needed for you to be able to build a new relationship with food.
- 5 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions with me (by video call)
- 2.5 months of coaching and inspiring and expanding assignments by email to help you step by step in letting go what is holding you back.
