I believe that our thoughts about certain foods is what makes a food bad and what causes the most stress in our body.
Having said that, I also believe that there are certain foods that are by nature already more a match to the being that we are naturally in our core.
If we are by nature high vibrational living beings, then I believe that foods which are in a high vibrational living state are the best match for us to eat.
And while you can change the vibration of foods with your own mind, without actually any human interference needed, most raw vegan foods naturally already fall into this category of high vibrational living foods.
This is the kind of nutrition I feel most drawn to and therefore I also prefer to work with people who either want to become (raw) vegan or are already (raw) vegan.
